Building on its award winning legacy, The eBay Garage 3.0 invited festival goers into a multi level journey of gamified challenges, ball pits and complete joy, turning passive interest into playful discovery, and DIY into something worth celebrating.


The Challenge:
How to transform the act of fixing your car into unforgettable festival moments.
The Creative Idea:
Elevate interactivity and gamification to whole new heights, cementing eBay’s parts and accessories offer as not only simple and easy, but unbelievably fun. We brought the experiential component to an ongoing, multi-agency campaign at the British Grand Prix and Goodwood’s Festival of Speed.
The Experience:
The eBay Garage became a multi-level walk-through world of discovery. Immersive spaces on the journey included a Parts Finder Challenge where harnessed players were lifted into the air before searching for parts in a massive ball pit, a multi-player escape room style game, and a digital selfie wonderland.
Celebrating the F1 partnership with McLaren, one of their cars sat proudly in the space, while a brilliant content programme included exclusive DJ sets and blockbuster talks from Mat Armstrong Becky Evans, Zak Brown, Edd China and Richard Hammond.
