    Jermaine leads a client services team with a focus on sustainable growth and exceptional delivery, rooted in an experiential agency background as a senior producer. Skilled in nurturing key client relationships and guiding team development, Jermaine blends a passion for sustainability with innovative solutions, exemplified by orchestrating the ground-breaking Vuse Sailboat PR event on the Thames.

    Senior Project Manager

    Tassh delivers every project with an incredible level of care and attention to detail. With a calm head and a knack for making complex problems simple, she leads each project she works on to deliver efficiently and to the highest quality.

    Head of Strategy

    Martin maximises the output of the agency by pushing boundaries, simplifying explanations and looking for opportunities.

    He has over 20 years of brand and expression experience across many brands, categories, touchpoints and channels.

    Lo facilitates financial excellence at Collaborate by managing all of our process - from purchase orders to expenses. She's our go-to girl for all finance enquiries.

    Production Manager

    Bryan delivers the 'wow' moments. He has the crucial role of taking a creative design and turning it into something tangible to the highest possible standards. He has years of experience in the print, set and scenic and exhibition industries.

  • Saya Patel

    Junior Client Services Manager

    Saya plays a crucial role to the Commercial Team. She leads on administrative support and process to ensure the teams reporting is efficient and effective.

    Saya also turns her hand to a number of different projects in the business - from organising company conferences to running a merchandise store at Goodwood Festival of Speed

    Head of Commercial

    Chris is responsible for the team delivering client services, strategy, business growth and marketing at Collaborate.

    He has over 25 years' experience in experiential, comms, and brand agencies both large and small (we know, he doesn't look that old) growing teams and growing business.

  • Abi Simpson

    Finance Director

    Abi has run finance teams within the Events and Hospitality sector for over 10 years. She is responsible the company HR function, Legal Team and Company Services at Collaborate.

  • Andrew Walker

    Executive Creative Director

    Andrew has led creative teams for many years and was previously the head of Banbury Walker Studio, a specialist London based creative team, at the heart of the live engagement industry for a decade. In 2021, Collaborate acquired Banbury Walker and the two teams were consolidated.

    Andrew is responsible for overseeing the creative direction of both the agency and our projects, leading a fantastic team of creatives and ensuring that the work aligns with the overall vision and goals of Collaborate.

    Junior Production Manager

    Ella is a key member of the Production team at Collaborate, leading supplier liaison, production process and ensuring the quality of supplier output is to the high standards we benchmark against.

    Finance Manager

    Our numbers man. Jack ensures the finance department is running effectively and efficiently. He leads the implementation of new solutions and processes to make life as simple as possible for our clients

  • Georgia Stockton

    Operations Executive

    Georgia is responsible for doing a variety of behind-the-scenes tasks to ensure project managers and teams have everything they need to bring a project to life seamlessly.

    Georgia spent a year self-funding herself through 3 hybrid courses on event management which taught her 50% of the things she needed to know for her current role. Nothing like throwing yourself in the deep end! It's fair to say she's smashing it so far.

    Designer

    Jamie is responsible for understanding a client's vision and translating it into inspired, innovative creative output.

    He has a decade of experience delivering events and activations, complemented with an artistic background. This unique blend of experience means Jamie always ensures his designs are both visually impactful and practically deliverable.

    Production Executive

    Issy supports our Production Department across a range of projects. She joined Collaborate through our ongoing initiative with Chichester College, designed to work with promising local young talent. Her content development and live event support has been invaluable, so much so that she has joined the business in a full time role.

    MD

    Ben is the founder and Managing Director of Collaborate Global. He proudly leads the agency to deliver against our long term vision and road map, without losing sight of the here and now - to create inspired and original human experiences for ambitious brands.

    Project Manager

    Lauren is a seasoned event specialist with nine years of experience spanning wedding planning, fundraising coordination, and event production. Known for a keen eye for detail, she ensures each project not only meets the brief's expectations but also resonates with creativity and impact.

    With a talent for logistical planning, clear client communication, and budget management, Lauren consistently delivers fabulous events that are both timely and cost-effective.

    Marketing & Content Manager

    Ollie channels the inspired ideas at Collaborate, crafting them into compelling content. He delivers successful marketing initiatives for both the company and its clients.

    Office Manager

    Lucy brings a calm spirit and a diligent approach to team logistics. With an extensive background in the education industry, Lucy is well trained to handle these Collaborators.

    Operations Director

    Luke is one of the three founding members of Collaborate. He leads a team of experienced Project Managers to deliver exceptional experiences, time and time again.

    With over 15 years in the events industry, Luke is a seasoned pro with experience across each department. He's our problem solver, our planning guru and the first man at the bar to buy a round.

    Lyndsey is a key member of our Commercial team - she introduces prospective clients into the transformative world of Collaborate.

    She's a people-person who has worked in account management roles for the majority of her career to ensure clients get the very best experience of Collaborate

    Creative Director

    As a Creative Director, Merlyn orchestrates innovative concepts, shapes visual narratives, and guides the team to transform ideas into compelling and unforgettable experiences.

    He specialises in experiential design, seamlessly blending physical and digital realms. He's a strategic storyteller who crafts immersive experiences for global brands, pushing the boundaries of creativity across branding, retail, digital and experiential.

  • Sarah Ling

    PA to MD

    Sarah has, arguably, the hardest job in the company. She takes on the administrative responsibility and business support to Ben, our founder and MD! There's not many people as organised, patient and positive as Sarah. Good job really.

  • Olly Holcombe

    Project Lead

    Olly is an integral part of the company's Operations Department, responsible for leading the resource planning, logistics and delivery of our largest projects.

    Olly has over 19 years direct experience in operations and production within events and experiential activations.

  • Amy Teague

    Client Service Manager

    Amy is at the front end of Hyperservice. A seasoned client services professional with a diverse range of experience working for some of the world's biggest brands on the F1 circuit through to Portsmouth City Council, Amy's role is to champion her client at every stage of the project process.

  • Ross Oxenham

    Production Director

    Ross is one of the three founding members of Collaborate. As well as running the Collaborate South African team, Ross leads a heavy-hitting production team to deliver world-class activations for some of the world's biggest brands.

    Head of Agency Growth

    Lucy is responsible for growing the agency's overall service offering. She also leads the New Business team, developing new client concepts and pitch responses.

    Studio Manager

    Sam is an expert 3D visualiser and animator. He has over 25 years experience conjuring incredible motion graphics, film editing, Audio, SFX, Music and digital production direction.
