The Matte Atelier
For Catrice Cosmetics, we moved beyond the traditional launch and created The Matte Atelier — an intimate, hands-on experience where product became something people could shape, share, and remember.
Set within a Dubai restaurant, the experience turned lipstick shades into crafted objects — transforming product discovery into something personal, social, and lasting.

The Challenge
Create a beauty launch that felt meaningful and memorable, rather than staged.

The Creative Idea
Build an experience people could create together.
A tactile workshop where influencers translated their chosen shades into matte-finish rings - turning colour into something physical, personal, and shared.
The Experience
Set around a single long table, The Matte Atelier brought a small group of influencers together for a hands-on, collaborative session.
Guests designed matte-finish rings inspired by their favourite lipstick shades, crafting keepsakes that reflected their personal style. As the experience unfolded, conversations shifted naturally - from introductions to exchanges of colour, ideas and perspective.
The simplicity of the format created its own momentum.
The result was a deeper understanding of the product, and a moment people genuinely wanted to share.
