Working closely with the Creative Director, you design immersive environments for events and brand experiences — developing concepts, sketches, and detailed 3D visuals that help bring projects to life. From trade shows to large-scale experiential campaigns, your work combines creativity, technical skill, and spatial thinking to shape how audiences experience a brand.

As Office Manager, you ensure our HQ runs smoothly day to day — managing facilities, compliance, suppliers, and internal logistics so the team can focus on doing their best work. Through organisation, problem-solving, and a visible supportive presence, you help create a professional and welcoming environment that reflects the standards of the business.

As Project Lead, you oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of immersive brand experiences, events, and activations — ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept through to execution. Balancing creativity with operational precision, you manage resources, timelines, and teams to deliver work that exceeds client expectations.

As Senior Marketing and Content Manager, you shape and deliver Collaborate Global’s marketing strategy while leading the creation of content that showcases our work, culture, and creative thinking. Working across teams and markets, you help position the agency globally, drive new business opportunities, and ensure our voice resonates with audiences around the world.
