Kanyon in the Forest
To launch Kanyon, the latest development within BEYOND’s Forest District vision, we transformed the developer’s Dubai sales gallery into a fully immersive woodland world. Designed to surprise a broker audience familiar with the space, the experience blurred architecture and nature — giving guests a sensory glimpse into the lifestyle the development promises.
The response was immediate and overwhelming. So many guests began posting from the event that the volume briefly disrupted Instagram's platform, leading organisers to temporarily pause social posting from the space.

The Challenge
Launching Kanyon to Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s most influential brokers while elevating the momentum BEYOND has built for real estate experiences.


The Creative Idea
Bring the Forest District to life — not through screens or storytelling, but by physically transforming the space into a living woodland inspired the atmosphere of an English forest.
The Experience
The sales gallery was completely reimagined as a 360-degree immersive forest.
Thousands of trees surrounded guests as they entered a mystical landscape brought to life with Hologauze woodland creatures, a DIY forest-scent station, and even live owls.
At the centre of the experience, architects presented the vision behind the Kanyon development, while the environment itself allowed brokers to feel the character of the future district.
For one evening, a familiar venue became something entirely new — turning the launch into an unforgettable moment for Dubai’s real estate market.
